About the Garden (What We're Growing)

We have a variety of plants and flowers we are growing in our Warfield Garden. Below you will find a complete list of the little guys, as well as a brief description.

All seeds are the Botanical Interests brand... and can be found for purchase at their website.... there is a lot of wonderful information included on their website! http://www.botanicalinterests.com/
You can order seeds online or purchase locally at http://www.allseasonsnashville.com/  (this store is AMAZING, if you have not been and you live in Nashville -- go check it out... right now!)

Cool thing about this brand of seeds: an artist paints the produce on the cover of each little seed packet, which makes each little packet its own work of art!

I encourage you to look them up at the link above, and if you wish, even grow them with us!

Evelyn is super excited about the Quinoa! She explained that it is a grain that is a complete protein (which is awesome nutrition for vegetarians). Its a bit difficult to harvest, because the grains are so small... but, to quote Evelyn, "If the Incas could do it, I am sure I could find a way!"
